Evaporative cooler installation in denver

How do swamp and evaporative coolers actually work?

HVAC

By magic of course! Okay, maybe not, we were just trying to make the results seem even more impressive – although we don’t really need to.

So here’s the process: a motor circulates the water at the floor of the unit right up to the top. It then rains down onto filter pads, saturating them. Another engine then drives a fan which draws warm air into the cooler. This is pushed through those wet pads, and the evaporation process lowers its temperature. The chilled air blows out of the unit and circulates around your home.

It’s so clever we feel like shouting ‘abracadabra’! But, here at Aspen Creek Heating & Air we’re happy to let the clever equipment take all the credit!
